- What is the main goal for this project?

The project involves confidential Beta testing the UI/UX user experience prior to the development and launch of a website we are developing, along with software applications. The website is in a stage of design with FIGMA, and clickable elements for testing. The graphic design of the site is not yet developed, until the Beta testing is completed, so candidates will need to review, analyze and feedback on a raw flow process design only. Candidates are expected to discover potential gaps and areas of improvement based on the flow of the complex Figma design. the feedback will be used to evaluate and enhance the final website and software system.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

1. Set up a Figma email account to access the testing at https://www.figma.com/login. Candidates will be given a URL link to access for the testing.
2. Carefully go through the website pages in their raw format and evaluate if the content, questions and follow through actions make sense or are missing any steps, and provide suggestions for improvement.
3. Document your feedback and evaluations with any suggestions for enhancement in writing, with screenshots and references to the specific pages analyzed.

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

1. We will provide an initial presentation of the website's Figma design.
2. We will provide weekly mentorship online Zoom meetings, and be available at any time for questions and guidance for any clarification.
3. A Skype Group will be set up and/or a WhatsApp group to make communications prompt and convenient.
