We, ACC, are seeking an individual who is organized, determined and more to welcome on to our team as Digital Project Manager. Within this role, the student will facilitate effective communication between various teams, including the Marketing, Sales, and Software Development teams, while encouraging collaboration and guiding ACC towards our current goals/targets. As a Project Manager, the student will have the opportunity to work closely alongside the Founder and CEO of the company to provide insight on progress achieved by all teams, as well as gain a further understanding of business operations.

Responsibilities for a Digital Project Manager will include:

• Leveraging Google Suite to facilitate communication, documentation and collaboration
• Tracking project requirements and progress across various teams, with the goal of reporting to the Founder and CEO
• Strategizing and aligning project objectives across various teams to encourage efficient and successful project execution
• Develop comprehensive project plans and progress reports that outline key milestones and deliverables
• Assisting in talent acquisition initiatives to encourage team growth 
• Arranging virtual meetings with potential business partners that align with company goals and presenting the company vision
• Maintaining an accurate and organized digital workspace with the company’s Google Drive

Students will connect directly with our team for mentorship throughout the project.

Regular meetings will be held.

We will be able to provide answers to questions regarding:

• Current products and website design
• Customer and industry insights
• Input on choices, issues, or anything else students may encounter.

Students will also have the opportunity to request a meeting with the employer at any time.

Throughout the project, students will receive regular feedback to support continuous growth and improvement.
