Details

We are creating a web application to connect social enterprises and social investors/funders.

The idea is that instead of creating multiple applications and trying to get funding with multiple funders and donors, a social enterprise will have this one platform to apply to multiple funders, measure and communicate their impact. Funders, on the other hand, will hopefully get more qualified applicants and can follow their impact journey.

We are expecting you to connect both sides of the market and do market research to identify the total size of the market, the immediate market, marketing mix (including price and position), and their value proposition, also developing a competitive matrix to identify the uniqueness of this value proposition.

The plan should include:

  • Target market research
  • Industry size and market potential, TAM and SAM
  • Competitive landscape
  • Strategic positioning of our brand
  • Sales and marketing strategies

In order to identify:

  1. Product-market fit
  2. Target audience
  3. Competitive demand
  4. Distribution
