The project's main goal is to enhance and update the existing company policy and guidelines based on the current operation needs.

The successful project outcome will improve the communication efficiency for both external (dealing with clients) and internal (staff training) levels of the organization.

Consolidated documentation will be used to for training purposed and be used as operation guidelines.

The total document length to be worked on is approximately 8-10 pages.

1. Review the existing policy and guideline documents (approximately 8-10 pages) and learn about the organization's operation activities
2. Conduct research/study for the relative field's policy & guidelines; provide comments & suggestions based on the company's operational needs and student's knowledge about how to improve the existing documentation
3. Discuss and work with the executive directly to enhance and update the current policy and guidelines documentation

We will provide:

- access to all necessary documents and be available for weekly syncs

- project-related training

- access to the organization's operation system, data, and relative technology & tools to complete the project.

Staff time will be monitored using the company's schedule system.

The project manager will provide additional support requested by students when needed to carry out the best project outcome.
