sales process new product development salesWe're a young yet thriving company that is getting ready to launch a new product. We have an online platform and we need users! We'd like you to take a look at our current sales process, define an improved strategy, and generate training material for new hires. We'd also like you to help us develop new messaging and sales call scripts to help us increase the quality and number of leads generated.
The final project deliverables may include:
- A Sales Handbook outlining the recommended sales process and strategy, including sales scripts for emails and sales calls.
- A 10-minute presentation on the contents of your report and handbook.
We will meet once every few days virtually to communicate about progress, challenges, and milestones.
