I would like to develop an on-line training course that teaches my audience how to apply the topics covered in my books.

This project should focus on:

  • Gathering relevant course design and content information from interviews with me and members of my team.
  • Assessing existing on-line training platforms and recommending the best platform for this course.
  • Assisting in designing the course.
  • Assisting in developing first iteration of course (minimum viable product)

We have lots of existing content to share, so the project wouldn't be starting from scratch. The bulk of the project would be course design, rather than content creation.

There is a lot of room for creativity and input. You will work closely and can bring in other team members where needed.

I am very open to ideas, suggestions, and creative input.

Mentorship

We have a weekly team call and project calls during the week. I will offer 1-on-1 time with the students for mentorship and providing feedback. As personal development sits at the core of our company, we are very keen to help the people who work with us grow from the experience.
