- What is the main goal for this project?

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for leading promotional initiatives, executing a social strategy to drive business growth, and improving customer experience. You will be supporting and reporting to the owner, Flavia Zhamo. Each day will be fast-paced, challenging, rewarding and meaningful.
Who you are:
You are a digital native that is passionate about skincare, community building, and e-commerce. You have experience in working in retail environments (online and offline) and growing social channels. You are comfortable using Google Analytics, Instagram/Facebook Ads and/or Shopify. You care about providing a positive customer experience and genuinely empathize with our clients. You are comfortable working with limited oversight and have good judgment.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

● Monitoring and reporting data and activity across social channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
● Improve user/customer experience with the intention of increasing traffic and sales
● Engage in creative planning to brainstorm ideas and create opportunities of improving the experience and conversion rate
● Develop, implement and execute social media strategies and ads for digital marketing
● Lead research and analytics efforts to better understand site and user behavior to identify the weaknesses in our strategy and suggest action items to solve these problems
● Track all e-commerce marketing efforts and analyze data of performance
● Create visual and written content for social media platforms making it readable, understandable and specially curated for our audience.
