- What is the main goal for this project?

The Starfish Canada is looking for 1 student to help us with creating content in either English or French for our journal that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization.

Nous nous assurerons que l'étudiant.e a une compréhension claire de ce que sont ces éléments pour notre organisation.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

The Starfish Canada's Editorial Program is looking for a student that is aiming to improve their writing skills and gain knowledge in sustainability and environmentalism. With the LevelUp Internship program, we have the opportunity to expand our variety of articles and are looking for more in-depth analytical pieces to diversify our audience reach.
To accomplish this, we expect the student will:
- Write editorial pieces based on the theme of sustainability and community. This could include: promoting local sustainable initiatives/leaders in your own community where you live, spotlighting members of The Starfish community or Editorial Program, or other series topics related to the theme to be approved by the Editor-in-Chief.
- The student will submit 3 articles (600-800 words each).
Le programme éditorial de The Starfish Canada est à la recherche d'un.e étudiant.e intéressé.e par l'amélioration de ses compétences rédactionnelles et par l'acquisition de connaissances en matière de durabilité et d'environnement. Avec le programme de stage LevelUp, nous avons l'opportunité de diversifier nos articles et nous cherchons à publier des articles analytiques plus approfondis afin d’élargir notre audience.
Pour ce faire, nous attendons de l'étudiant.e qu'il/elle
- Rédige des articles éditoriaux sur les questions de durabilité et la communauté. Il peut s'agir de : promouvoir les initiatives locales durables/leaders dans votre propre communauté où vous vivez, mettre en avant des membres de la communauté Starfish ou du programme éditorial, ou d'autres sujets liés au thème, à approuver par la Rédactrice-en-chef.
- Soumet 3 articles (de 600 à 800 mots chacun).
