talking therapies social workThe Mobile Social Clinic is a co-founded mobile social work therapy established in Winnipeg Manitoba, with 40+ years combined experience in the field of Social Services.
Our team is made of a wide range of RSW (Registered Social Work) therapists who have a unique practice, with a focus of working with individuals and families across the life cycle from birth to senior care.
We provide therapy service within the clients own home, or in Community via a walk and talk therapy session and as well virtual, including text therapy.
We practice in a way that provides hands-on, competent and timely support to those in need in a safe space for both service users and providers to practice.
We would like to take on a student to help us with finding grant funding opportunities available to companies like ours.
We are open to providing as much supervision and mentorship needed. The person actively providing mentorship has had 5 years of experience in being a field instructor for the school of social work at University of Manitoba. As well, was a child protection supervisor for 5 years and a support worker supervisor for over 30 years.
