1- Opportunity and Objectives of this project

This is a new initiative that our team does not have expertise in. At this point, the team has developed a comprehensive workflow to guide and structure the program. We aim to utilize our workflow through someone who can:

• Counsel the team on the type of business strategy to take to get this project right

• Help develop if deemed necessary the software from the front and backend following the “Agile” and “DevOps” approaches.

Currently, in the midst of a period of expansion and development, our organization and particularly the entrepreneurship program seeks to expand its team, thanks to a talented, curious developer, able to work in an agile context and ready to think outside the box, to support it and meet its challenges.

Given our business model, the chosen person will be able to work on this innovative project which aims to develop a unique model to ensure the capacity building service of entrepreneurs, to automate and optimize the human resources of the program while by having a strong sense of accomplishment and belonging to a seasoned team in the economic and community development industry.

2- Your Role:

• Development of web and soft ware applications with various technologies

• Integration of collaboration and process automation tools

• Participation in various mandates in the fi eld of IT integration

• Support to the IT manager in development projects

• Drafting of technical and functional documentations

3- Required Profile:

• Software Developer Profile - IT

• Front end and Design predominance

• Programming experience is highly desirable

• Fluency in English for professional applications.

4- Desired Skills:

• Interest in DevOps and agile methodologies

• Ability to work independently

• Ability to shine as a force of proposal

• Relational and communication skills

• Taste for the challenge
