Design and implement a predictive model to analyze operational time-dependent building equipment data to maintain building equipment, and design a predictive model to provide the best strategy to operate building equipment during peak demand events.
Candidates will work with SISA's senior software developers and get their support and mentorship.
IoT Sensor Selection and Configuration:
- Outcomes: Identification of the best building management parameters for monitoring the operation.
- Deliverables:
- List of selected trend logs on a BMS system and their specifications.
Data Collection and Monitoring:
- Outcomes: Real-time data collection and monitoring of trend logs and resampling them into hourly data.
- Deliverables:
- Data collection system setup and testing.
- Real-time dashboard showing equipment operation.
Predictive Maintenance Algorithm Development:
- Outcomes: Development of algorithms to predict the best operational strategy during peak demand hours.
- Deliverables:
- Predictive algorithm code and data analysis.
- Documentation of algorithm logic and performance evaluation.
Providing specialized, in-depth knowledge and general industry insights for a comprehensive understanding.
