What is the main goal for this project?

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for leading sale initiatives including executing a sales and retail

strategy to drive business growth while improving our customer experience. You will be supporting

and reporting to the owner, Flavia Zhamo. Each day will be fast-paced, challenging, rewarding

and meaningful.

Who you are

You are a digital native that is passionate about skincare, community building, and

e-commerce. You have experience in working in retail environments (online and offline) and

growing social channels. You are comfortable using Google Analytics, Instagram/Facebook Ads

and/or Shopify. You care about providing a positive customer experience and genuinely

empathize with our clients. You are comfortable working with limited oversight and have good

judgment.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

● Sales prospecting and communications

● Improve user/customer experience while increasing traffic and sales

● Develop, implement and execute strategies for retail distribution

● Lead analytics efforts to better understand site and user behaviour to identify opportunities of improving the experience and conversion rate

● Track all e-commerce marketing efforts and analyze data of performance

● Create visual and written content as needed

● Add products and content to the website as required
