Details

Based on our industry’s standards, we would like to develop a strategic approach to pro-active lead generation on LinkedIn.

We believe this project could include:

  • Assessing our industry’s landscapes and competitor positioning.
  • Develop a Lead List based on competitors of already Great Place to Work certified companies.
  • Prioritize the Lead List based on agreed prioritization terms.
  • Develop a pro-active LinkedIn communication strategy.
  • Draft communication messages for LinkedIn and Email.
  • Develop success measurement strategy and tool.
  • Implement the communication strategy with an agreed pilot program of 20 companies (pending accreditation end of February).

Companies who are certified as Great Place to Work are available on the Great Place To Work website (https://www.greatplacetowork.ca/en/best-workplaces/all-certified-companies). By identifying competitive companies that are not yet certified, we can start an outreach program to offer consulting to access this certification.

We want to have a pro-active and successful communication strategy that is in line with our values and purpose statement that can be easily managed and implemented with little resources.

At Petra Mayer & Associates Consulting, we help you with customized and effective training services so our clients can increase productivity and scalability by offering engaging learning solutions.

We see ourselves as partners of our clients and work with them over longer timeframes and multiple projects. This may open our systems up to more vulnerability as we use client systems.

While we are a company of one, we do work with contractors who are entrepreneurs in their own rights. That is another potential area of vulnerability.

We need to protect our own systems and that of our clients.
