Silver Linings for Seniors and Silver Linings Teletherapy are mental health counseling companies located in North Carolina.

Silver Linings is seeking students to assist us in:

• Developing recommendations and creative approaches for attracting and recruiting candidates for our Mental Health Counselors (Licensed Clinical Social Workers and PhD. Psychologists) independent contractor positions. Including evaluating the effectiveness of our current recruitment channels events, job boards Indeed, LinkedIn, health fairs etc., and make realistic recommendations for improvement.
• Evaluating existing job postings/job descriptions (and current templates and career website) and recommending new ones
• Generating new more appropriate job descriptions/job postings
• Developing materials including scoring spreadsheets for structured job interviews
• Review current PowerPoint training program and making recommendations for improvement.
• Research HRM best practices

This project will allow students to gain real world experience in Human resources and candidate/employee recruitment.

We will be available as needed to answer questions and offer additional support and mentor as needed.
