Details

LIVD seeks to enhance its brand presence and engage with HR leaders of small to medium-sized companies through a strategic LinkedIn content calendar. The project aims to develop a 3-month content plan that includes 20-30 posts designed to increase brand awareness and foster connections with HR professionals interested in cultivating exceptional work cultures. Learners will apply their knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies to craft compelling copy, select relevant hashtags, and design engaging images. This project provides an opportunity for students to translate classroom theories into practical skills, focusing on content creation and audience engagement. The ultimate goal is to create a cohesive and effective content calendar that aligns with LIVD's brand values and objectives.

Deliverables

The deliverables for this project include a comprehensive 3-month LinkedIn content calendar featuring 20-30 posts. Each post will consist of well-crafted copy, appropriate hashtags, and visually appealing images. The calendar should be organized and easy to follow, ensuring a consistent posting schedule.

Task #1 - Research and Strategy Development (20 hours)

Students will begin by researching LinkedIn trends, best practices for engaging HR leaders, and analyzing LIVD's existing branding. This phase includes identifying relevant themes, content pillars, and tone of voice to ensure alignment with LIVD's mission of helping companies enhance employee well-being through lifestyle benefits. Milestone 1 will include a detailed strategy document outlining these elements.

Task 2: Content Ideation and Creation (35 hours)

Using insights from the research phase, students will brainstorm and develop captivating post ideas. These content pieces will include attention-grabbing copy, effective hashtags for discoverability, and recommendations for engaging visuals. Drafting 20-30 unique posts, students will align with key objectives such as increasing awareness, promoting HR leader engagement, and showcasing LIVD’s values. Milestone 2 will include submission of a draft content calendar for review.

Task 3: Calendar Finalization (5 hours)

Students will refine the content based on feedback, finalize the 3-month LinkedIn content calendar, and create a clear, organized schedule for post publishing. This stage will also involve explaining their thought process and overall strategy. Milestone 3 will include delivering the final calendar and materials.
