We would like students to help us with managing current and future projects across the company in various departments. This project will entail communicating with managers, directly to ensure that projects are progressing.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

- Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects
- Track all the ongoing projects in each department of the company
- Follow up with he appropriate managers on their ongoing projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress on each project
- Report and escalate to upper management as needed
