What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal for the project is to create engaging and informative videos that showcase the programs and services offered by Play Forever. These videos will be used for promotional purposes to attract more youth to participate in the organization's activities. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Researching the different programs and services offered by Play Forever.


- Planning and scripting the content for the videos.


- Filming and editing the videos to ensure high quality and engaging visuals.


- Incorporating interviews and testimonials from current participants to add authenticity to the videos.


- Adding subtitles and translations to make the videos accessible to a wider audience.


- Creating a distribution plan to ensure the videos reach the target audience.

Final deliverables:


-- Mp4 or similar format of the video


- Raw footage and edited video files.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?


By the end of the project, students should complete the following tasks:

Play Forever is a non-profit organization providing structured and accessible recreation, education & mental health services to the youth of Toronto, Ontario. Play Forever currently serves youth ages 6- 29 with weekly programs, primarily focused on helping youth from marginalized communities and low-income families.
