Our team is looking to take increase our evergreen and SEO targeted content regarding National Hockey League(NHL) history. To do this, we hope to improve our search engine optimization

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

· Collaborate with the senior editorial team to construct a list of historical key topics and events

· Research each topic to gather relevant information

· Researching Search Engine Optimization requirements .

· Work with the editorial team to develop and write articles about NHL history

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities (this is basically a retelling of the steps above):

· Compiled a list of the most relevant SEO keywords for us.

· Created a list of content topics

· Work through list of topics and create unique content to cover the specific subject.

· Complete draft of articles to be reviewed by the editorial team

· Finalize articles for publishing on various sites within the network

Students will connect directly with the senior editorial team for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:

·        What SEO keywords are being used by our company now, and which keywords have been used in the past?

·        How do we rank on Google based on different search terms?

·        Input on research topics, problems or anything else the students might encounter.
