· Whether it is gym reminders or a reminder to eat healthy, some triggers or types of reminders might be better based on what is currently going on in your life. These factors could include: sleep, nutrition, level of stress, workload, level of output, and previous workouts

· Your workout should be customized based on the workouts you enjoy, how in shape you are, and what exercises have the greatest training effect

· Of course, the quality of the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning going out will only be as good as the data going in.
