- Analyze Touchstone's current financial data, including revenue, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
- Assess key performance indicators and financial trends.
Future Scenarios and Assumptions (20 hours)
- Collaborate with the management team to identify and discuss assumptions that will drive future projections.
- Develop multiple scenarios based on varying assumptions, including conservative and aggressive scenarios.
Financial Projections (20 hours)
- Create detailed financial projections for the business, considering each scenario.
- Develop income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts for each scenario.
Value Proposition (8 hours)
- Highlight the value of the business plan by clearly demonstrating how it serves as a tool for forward planning and raising capital.
