Help us develop a digital marketing strategy to grow and engage our target market. We’d like to know how we can maximize different channels and what will work best for us. We are looking for a full review and recommendations on our current strategy and additionally assistance with our new product lines.

The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following:

  • How should we promote our company in todays very changed marketplace?
  • What B2B channels should we utilize?
  • How is our current plan preforming?
  • How is our keyword analysis ranking?
  • What are the best strategies & keywords for our new websites?
  • What other B2B channels are strong?
  • What else can we be doing on linkedin?
  • Are email marketing campaigns good or bad for our product line up today?
  • How do we capture more leads?

The goal of this project is to finely tune our digital presence for increased lead generation & strong follow up. We want to utilize what we've learned from our current success into our new product offerings.

Deliverables

Review of the current digital properties and assets and report strengths, weaknesses and gaps.

Recommendations of how to do it all better based on our current target market and additional target markets.

Communication will be key to a successful project and there will be at least 1 person available from our company side throughout. Questions will be welcomed and answers will always come quickly.

Mentorship

We will most certainly teach what we did to bring a new technology to a brand new industry we had not done business in prior. Teaching entrepreneurship will be a natural procession of the gig. We will elaborate on the challenges with the industry and what has and has not worked to date to grow the company.

Students will also learn a great deal about the waste management industry; its strengths and shortcomings. A passion for sustainability and entrepreneurship is key.

Teams will have lots of support and communication in this remote role and we like to incentivise...

We've got some big things coming and we'll be here to assist and mentor all who think this type of company is cool.
