The Human Factor Community Organization is a not-for-profit which aims to elevate the status of humankind through programs, services, consulting community partners, and, where appropriate, advocacy in order to increase the health and well-being of the whole human and the communities where we live, play, and work.


The purpose of this project is to create the first draft of the policies to be used by The Human Factor Community Organization. These policies are, but not limited to:

These policies will be determined through provided resources and research of similar not-for-profits.

Deliverables

In order to complete this task, the learner(s) will need to use research analysis in order to determine the best policies to develop for The Human Factor Community Organization. Through use of provided resources and research, the learner(s) will develop a completed first draft of the organizations policies.

Mentorship

The learner(s) will work closely with the Chairperson of the Board to develop the first draft of the organizations policies. This will be structured in the form of written and verbal guidance.
