We want to be known as an organization that values the development of our people. To assist us in this goal, we would like to collaborate with students to design training programs. We have an idea of areas where training could be implemented, but we would also appreciate insight on recommended training and development areas. The main goal is for students to develop a fully functional training course for our business partners.

This project will include:

• Research and brainstorm on potential training topics for our target learners
• Oversee and facilitate ongoing training courses with the help of the Illuminate team
• Create and solicit materials to be published
• Edit and update digital media assets to create better learning experiences for the training courses
• Mark learners' submissions and update mark books
• Design required graphics to prepare for the launch of a training course
• Overseeing all operations of weekly training sessions
• Working with alumni to write meaningful stories and sharing them

The high-level training design should be based on our provided objectives and include templates, processes, strategy, and implementation guidelines. You will work with our business partners to gather training requirements and use innovation to build out training modules and assessment tools.

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project. There will be mentorship available on a daily and weekly basis.
