The main goal for the project is to develop a business plan and generate ideas for service offerings for Dynamic Tutoring, a company focused on making tutoring smarter and meaningful. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Researching the current tutoring market and identifying areas for growth and improvement.

- Analyzing the company's current service offerings and identifying potential areas for expansion or enhancement.

- Developing a comprehensive business plan that outlines the company's mission, vision, target market, marketing strategy, and financial projections.

- Generating new ideas for service offerings that align with the company's mission and target market.

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:

- A comprehensive business plan for Dynamic Tutoring, including mission, vision, target market, marketing strategy, and financial projections.

- A report outlining potential new service offerings for the company, including detailed descriptions and potential impact on the business.

Final deliverables:

- A final report including the comprehensive business plan and new service offering ideas.

- A presentation explaining the research, findings, and recommendations.

I will provide feedback on students' work based on my business knowledge and mentor students on business strategy and business development. I will schedule weekly check ins as well in case they have questions for me. I will give access to all branding, current business plan, tools and technologies needed for them to be successful in their role.
