Details

We are looking for assistance in managing internal and external content and communications activities that support our mission and vision statement as the business grows.

Successful completion of the project will improve internal and external organization communication efficiency and elevate the entire operation performance.

Deliverables

Students will be working with the management and coordinating with marketing, and operation leaders to undertake activities including:

  • Assist in overseeing all internal and external communications for the company, ensuring the message is consistent and engaging.
  • Develop and help monitor content and communications-related programs and projects, effectively describe and share the organization’s brand, products, and services.
  • Create informative content for advertising and marketing, press releases, etc.
  • Research & identify potential collaborative projects & funding opportunities that are a good fit for our organization, and create proposals accordingly for business development.
  • Interpret a request for proposal (RFP).
  • Research, plan, write, edit, and revise a persuasive proposal narrative.
  • Improve the clarity and persuasiveness of our company's project/funding proposal writing.
  • Assist in enhancing & updating the company's policies & guidelines (external & internal).
Mentorship

Mentorship and Supervision will be provided by experienced leaders and executives with the following:

- Job-specific and Career-related Training

- Work, Instructions and Tasks

- Evaluation of work and performance periodically

- 1X1 meeting and provide recommendations/suggestions based on performance

- Support for skills development

Students will be given access to the organization's operation system, data, and relative technology & tools to complete the project.

Staff time will be monitored using the company's schedule system.

The project manager will provide additional support requested by students when needed to carry out the best project outcome.
