What is the main goal for this project?

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible leading and executing a social strategy to drive business growth and support the launch of a new product. You will be supporting and reporting to the owner, Flavia Zhamo. Each day will be fast-paced, challenging, rewarding and meaningful.

Who you are:

You are a digital native that is passionate about skincare, community building, and e-commerce. You have experience in working in retail environments (online and offline) and growing social channels. You are comfortable using Google Analytics, Instagram/ Facebook Ads and/or Shopify. You care about providing a positive customer experience and genuinely empathize with our clients. You are comfortable working with limited oversight and have good judgment.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

● Monitoring and reporting data and activity on the website and social channels including Instagram and TikTok.

● Develop, implement and execute strategies and ads for digital marketing - including management of project timelines, content creation and campaign reporting

● Lead analytics efforts to better understand site and user behavior to identify opportunities of improving the experience and conversion rate

● Track all e-commerce marketing efforts and analyze data of performance to be used for product launch

● Create visual and written content including email templates, blog posts, etc.

● Add products and content to website as required
