The primary focus for the student will be:

To assist in the speaker coordination.

Deliverables

Our goal at the end of this experience is:

  • Operations - Oversee and Manage speaker intake
  • Intake- Create speaker intake forms via google forms
  • Communicate with speakers to collect bios and promotional photos and any additional marketing materials they or their organization may be providing.
Mentorship

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
