The main goal for the project is to improve the Peqish Food Company website by focusing on increasing the time spent on the site, improving clickthrough rates, and increasing form sign-ups. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:


  • Analyzing the current website traffic and user behavior data.
  • Identifying areas of the website that need improvement in terms of user engagement.
  • Developing strategies to increase time spent on the site, clickthrough rates, and form sign-ups.
  • Implementing the strategies and monitoring their impact on website metrics.
  • Testing and optimizing the website for improved user engagement.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, learners should complete the following tasks:


  • Analysis of website traffic and user behavior data.
  • Identification of specific areas of the website that need improvement.
  • Development and implementation of strategies to increase time spent on the site, clickthrough rates, and form sign-ups.
  • Testing and optimization of the website based on the implemented strategies.


Final deliverables should include:


  • A report detailing the analysis, strategies developed, and the impact on website metrics.
  • Any new content or design elements created for the website.


Mentorship

We will offer the student an opportunity to liaise with our team and will be available with one on one weekly meetings and will regularly communicate with the individual through email.
