What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal of this project is to create and manage social media for various platforms for ReturnPal Courier Service. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Researching ReturnPal's current social media presence and identifying areas for improvement.


- Creating content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.


- Developing a strategy for engaging with customers and potential customers on social media.


- Analyzing the effectiveness of content and making adjustments as needed.


- Developing a plan for responding to customer inquiries and complaints on social media.


What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:


- Understanding of ReturnPal's current social media presence.


- Ability to create content for various social media platforms.
