What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal of this project is to improve the visibility of Ronbeautyamazement Inc. on search engine results pages (SERPs) and to increase the effectiveness of their Klaviyo email campaigns. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Researching and understanding the current SEO and Klaviyo strategies of Ronbeautyamazement Inc.


- Analyzing the current website structure and content to identify areas of improvement.


- Developing a comprehensive SEO and Klaviyo strategy.


- Optimizing website content for SEO and creating effective Klaviyo campaigns.


- Testing the effectiveness of the SEO and Klaviyo strategies.


What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

 DELIVERABLES: Email Strategy and Complete Setup. 

PHASE A 

Flows:

1. Welcome email flow (4 emails)

This flow is created to introduce your brand to your new subscribers, educate them about your product, and convince them to convert as soon as possible. 

 


2. Abandoned Cart Flow (4 emails) 

This flow helps to increase sales by encouraging customers or prospects to complete their purchase when they abandon carts at checkout. 

 


3. Browse Abandonment Flow (2 emails) 

Browse abandonment emails are automated messages sent to email subscribers who were viewing products on your website but never placed an item in their shopping cart. 

 


4. Transactional email flows (2 emails) 

  • Purchase confirmation/Thank You email 
  • Shipping confirmation

 

5. Upsell/Downsell/Cross-sell Flow (3 emails - 1 email per x-sell) 

The aim is to increase the AOV from customers by offering additional, related, or value-added products to a customer after they've purchased an initial product. 

 

6. Post Purchase Email Flow (2 emails) 

- Feedback Request Emails

- Review Emails (Public Review Software)

The objective is to generate more customers and recurring sales through word-of-mouth marketing from loyal customers 

 

9. Sunset email flow (3 emails) 

This flow helps to clean your list and remove unengaged subscribers. This helps to improve your email deliverability and makes your emails more cost-effective. 

 

10. Birthday email flow (2 emails) 

People appreciate kind gestures, and one way you can build better bonds with your customer base is to felicitate with them on their special day, and of course, offer them valuable products to complement them.

P.S: Each flow comes with multiple A/B Split tests optimal results 

 


PHASE B

Ongoing Campaigns: Each campaign will come with a Content Calendar and Contact Segmentation for the quarter of the year (e.g. Q4). 

This means that multiple emails will be sent for each campaign type over a period of 12 weeks (3 months). 

1. Sales/Promotion Emails e.g. Subscriber-only discount emails, OTOs, etc. 

 

2. Seasonal Promotion Emails (e.g Black Friday and Cyber Monday emails in Q4)

4.              Advertising Setup On Tik tok

  • Define the target audience for TikTok advertising.
  • Develop engaging and shareable short-form video ads for TikTok.
  • Implement and manage TikTok ad campaigns, optimizing for reach and engagement.
  • Monitor TikTok ad performance and adjust strategies based on analytics.
  • Improve all social media followers and interaction

 

SETUP 

STEP 4 - SEO ( TECHNICAL, OFF PAGE AND ON PAGE )


1.    Technical SEO

  • Conduct a thorough technical audit of the website to identify and rectify any issues affecting search engine crawlability and indexing.
  • Implement necessary technical enhancements, including but not limited to sitemap optimization, robots.txt configuration, and site speed improvements.
  • Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and responsive.


2.              On-Page SEO

  • Perform keyword research to identify relevant and high-impact keywords for the [Hair store] industry.
  • Optimize on-page elements, including title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, and URL structures, based on targeted keywords.
  • Implement schema markup to enhance search engine understanding of page content.
  • Optimize existing content and create new, SEO-friendly content to address user intent and industry relevance.

3.              Off-Page SEO

  • Develop a strategic link-building plan to acquire high-quality and relevant backlinks from authoritative websites.
