Our company is growing and we need to change our existing CRM to a new CRM. This is going to require design work as new email templates are being created and new sequences need to be built. We’re looking for 4 highly motivated and creative students to join this project to work on out of the box strategies that will help us to serve our Alberta in person and our global online audience.

These students will be doing a variety of tasks in a fast pace environment to help us in two systems. They will learn a lot about infusionsoft/keap and Go High Level as we move from the one structure to the other.

This could lead to part time or full time work for individuals participating in this project. It will give you an excellent skill set that will make you very attractive in the job market. Caution: People who work with us are forever changed!

Based on our goals, we are looking for the student to work on the following:

• Branding: making sure that new content is consistent with existing branding guidelines
• Design: the portal pages need to be designed where we will be housing content for our Members.
• Project Management: This is a big job, moving content, recreating content and adding new content.
• Content Creation: emails need to be designed and copy needs to be written
• Social Media Connecting: Checking that the links work inside of the sequences and updating anything that needs to be updated, not only in the CRM sequences but also on the social media pages if need be.
• Content Development that will include graphics
• Video content is also being moved. We do not need video editing, but we do need thumbnails to be designed and descriptions to be copied into the new portal.
• Other marketing-related tasks
