- What is the main goal for this project?

Charities are facing difficulty fundraising due to the cost of living crisis.
We would like to tackle the challenge of understanding more about the charity donor journey so that we can help our clients to secure income generation through social media campaigns in 2023 and beyond. We wish to understand more what motivations and messaging work with both one-off giving and regular donors.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

1) Conduct research into what motivates people to donate to charities - what research or analysis has been published on this?
2) Consider the platforms (direct mail, email, social, in person, events etc) that influence people to donate
3) Consider the creative (personal stories, urgency, shock, imagery) that influences people to donate
