Details

The Human Factor Community Organization is a not-for-profit which aims to elevate the status of humankind through programs, services, consulting community partners, and, where appropriate, advocacy in order to increase the health and well-being of the whole human and the communities where we live, play, and work.

We are seeking a student who can create two surveys; one to be administered to youth (aged 10 to 28), and another for those aged 29+

Once developed, the learner will recruit volunteers to complete the surveys.

Upon completion of the 80 hours, the learner will have developed two surveys and had a minimum of 20 completed by volunteers (10 in each category would be best).

There is an outline already developed for each survey which includes the overall goal of each survey.

Deliverables

In order to complete the project, the learner will have to use a variety of resources, including online research and the outline which has already been developed. Once complete, the learner will have developed two separate surveys and conducted a minimum of 20 completed survey data collections.

Mentorship

The chairperson of the board will work closely with the learner, providing a minimum of 5 hours of guidance per week. The learner will use the purpose statement of the strategic plan in which the surveys will be integrated into. Additionally, the learner will have any outlines and purpose statements that have been written for the surveys
