Project scope
What is the main goal for this project?

Team size- 5-10 students, or flexible

Project time length: TBD Project weekly schedule: TBD

Project daily schedule: TBD, 40 min meeting will take place once per week. Dates TBD

Scope: We are looking for Students that can help with copywriting and editing written unpublished literary content, for our organization. Students would be editing rough draft stories and other written content as well as assisting with creative writing, copywriting initiatives. Students will assist within the following initiatives, but not limited to:

  • Assisting our organization in editing rough draft unpublished works.
  • Copywriting literary content.
  • Creative writing, Illustration, Graphic Design, etc. Is an asset to this project.

SKILLS: Editing, Copywriting, Publishing, Creative writing.

Project Goals/Deliverables:

  • Fully edited literary content, that can be ready to be published.
  • Final Deliverables will be agreed upon with students.

Team Organization

Team of up to as many students as possible, with each person assigned to each deliverable agreed upon. The team will have a Project Manager who will interact with the Taslaine Industries Project Manager.

Communication

We will plan to communicate with our virtual interns using these communication tools: Riipen messaging, ZOOM, Email, Slack, phone/text, etc.

We were developed to showcase and display literary creations and artistic expressions of our founder and other authors. We specialize in publishing children's books, fiction, non-fiction as well as cultural educational literary resources for the Building Black Youth Foundation.
