Supervision and Mentoring Plan
The student will receive training and ongoing support by Operations Manager and Project Manager. They will be guided through the organization's strategic plan and how it aligns with the project strategies. They will be part of a collaborative, innovative and team-oriented environment. They will have the opportunity to attend weekly meetings with the larger team at ICD in addition to smaller meetings with those involved in the web development project.
They will be gaining hands on experience creating relevant content, implementing and executing objectives. Students will always be provided with an opportunity to ask questions and have them addressed along with weekly check-ins with the ICD Team.
