There are two main goals for this project:

Optimize Production

• AFTER9 is moving its production overseas and requires support optimizing a number of tech packs, bill of materials and line sheets.
• We need support assessing which new colours to pursue for Fall 2024 and Spring 2025, as well as potentially optimizing the designs.

Product Marketing

• Preparing Marketing Materials to market AFTER9 products as Class 1 Medical Devices - print collateral for Doctors, Website communication

Production requirements:

1. Review AFTER9 existing tech packs for its Sports Bras & Leggings to overseas suppliers and ensure construction details are optimized, as well as Bill of Materials and Trim and Label information
2. Review AFTER9 tech sketches, and create vectors that are editible in Canva
3. Produce Mood Boards for Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 to inspire new colourways
4. Research various product ideas, and create designs accordingly

Marketing requirements:

• Prepare marketing collateral for wholesalers and doctors
• Update the website to let shoppers understand the health benefits

Project Deliverables:

1. Deliver finalized 4 finalized tech packs for AFTER9 products
2. Create 4 vector files editable in Canva for colours for AFTER9 products: hoodie, tank, bra and leggings
3. Deliver a 500-1000 word document outlining the wording for teaching customers how to get insurance coverage on their AFTER9 purchases
4. Create a notepad for printing, that acts as a prescription pad that doctors can use with their patients to use perscribe leggings and sports bras for back pain

Students will have a weekly meeting to be mentored on the project. All the samples will be provided to them.
