What is the main goal for this project?: Number of positions available:1
Our team is seeking one Data Science/ML/AI students who are passionate and creative about Natural Language Processing(NLP). We want this student to be entrepreneurial and willing to learn new ML python libraries. This is an incredible opportunity for any upper year student(s) that are looking to build their resume and portfolio. The student will have the chance to execute on this project and more importantly learn from four professionals.
A bit more detail on the project:
Background: This student will have the opportunity to develop the backend application that uses python libraries such as NLTK and BS4.
The goal of this project is for the student to algorithmically capture information from unstructured text or table data. The student will be working closely with the CEO of the company.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?: Algorithmically parse the correct text from an HTML file
Algorithmically parse correct values from HTML tables
Build functions as a service using 1 and 2 logic.
