Cultural event, not a wedding

It will be held in the Matrix hotel (Edmonton-Downtown) main ballroom on March 18, 2023.

Doors open at 6:00pm. The event program starts at 6:45pm and usually ends around 12:00 but we don’t need the whole event to be filmed. Usually from 6:30 to 8:00 and 9:00 to 10:00 need to filmed.

Our preference is to have a event highlights video around 10 minutes and raw shots. So, the only edited one is the 10-minutes highlight videos. We might use clips of the raw videos in our social media @azcseedmonton

Videotape roughly 4 hours of the cultural event and later edit and create a highlight video
