We would like students to help us with managing and activating Brand and Government Partners in a way that is aligned with our vision, mission, and plan to expand the Treat Accessibly movement beyond Canada. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization.

To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:

  • Work with partners at RE/MAX Canada, Canadian Tire, Kinder and Toronto, Mississauga, Surrey and many more cities.
  • Meet and action partner deliverables.
  • Learn how to expand existing and create new partners
  • Support ongoing communications and execute partner related deliverables.

Ultimately, you will be working on growing the Treat Accessibly impact footprint across Canada through the leveraging of funding and resources set by brand partners and the corporate communications promotions support by public sector partners like the City of Toronto etc.

The Treat Accessibly program is a grassroots social goodwill entrepreneurship founded and run by the President of PADULO X, Rich Padulo. A 20-year veteran of marketing, sponsorships and partnerships as well as appointee to the Ontario Accessibility Advisory to the Minister and Premier and a founding board member and marketing committee member of Drug Free Kids Canada. If you like the sound of our culture, and are ready to tackle this challenge with us, then we'd love to hear from you.

A student or team with excellent writing, electronic communications and organizational skills would be the ideal candidate for this project. English and French is an asset, but not mandated.

If you are differently abled, we welcome you to apply, or if you know of someone that is differently abled that can support us in this project, please put us in touch.

EXPERIENTIAL MARKETING THAT MOVES PEOPLE
An experiential and live-event agency with a passion for creating brand experiences that resonate and move people, we live online, offline and everywhere in between. We are a highly collaborative agency that comes to the table excited to share and commit to our clients and all partner agencies.

Our key initiative right is our North American social impact movement Treat Accessibly that has garnered over 171 million impressions and 100+ news segments in Canada alone since 2019. In 2021, Treat Accessibly was championed by global Confectionary brand Kinder. In 2022, Treat Accessibly will appear on every box of Kinder Halloween Candy in Canada.

Treat Accessibly is on a mission to create 4 million accessible trick-or-treating experiences at homes, on Halloween, across North America by 2025. One home for every differently-abled child. And in the process raise awareness for the daily obstacles institutions create for the differently-abled everyday.
