What is the main goal for this project?

The main aim of this project is to enhance the design of ReturnPal's website, which will enable the startup to kickstart its operations.


ReturnPal's goal is to simplify the process of returning online purchases by offering a pickup service from any online retailer, eliminating the need for customers to handle labels and packaging.


The problem the company is tackling is the inconvenience of returning items bought online. By streamlining the return process, ReturnPal intends to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.


The project's success hinges on redesigning the website to provide a more user-friendly experience and implementing new designs that benefit the company's growth.


Success metrics include improved user engagement, better conversion rates, positive customer feedback, and increased successful pickups and returns.

1. Project Plan:

  • Identify Milestones and Set a Timeline for the Project (4-week placement):Week 1-2:Review existing designs and requirements.
