critical race theory visual storytelling documentary films animations scriptingOur organization wants to create a simple video using images that we already have. The material is talking heads Interviews that need to be edited and visual imagery added to emphasize the talking points. We would like to collaborate with students to help us tell a compelling story through this video. Based on our desired outcomes and the selected images, we would like to collaborate with students to script and record a professional voice over.
The topics we are pursuing are Critical Race Theory, Gender, Decolonization, and Racism.
- A video to be used on social media.
- A transcript of the edited dialogue as subtitled.
- A soundscape to carry the narrative experience.
- Acquire additional imagery to weave into the talking pints a visual storytelling potential of the animation.
Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project. Meetings through Zoom will be initiated weekly to discuss progress.
