Key aims/objectives:By looking into the activities and data that we provide:1)Are these new activities easily identifiable to our customers?2)Are these new activities generating revenue and if not, the anticipated timeline for profit3)When making recommendations for future activities, please produce financial modelling to support the recommendations (to the best of your ability)4)Please evaluate any recommendations against the Port’s values
