No skills listedRecently we have seen a decrease in the life cycle of our employees. Previously, individuals progressed through one or more roles within the organization over 2-5 years before leaving and moving onto new organizations. This has significantly decreased and we are unable to pinpoint what the exact reason for this might be. With employee turnover at an all-time high, we are finding that this to be expensive for our organization from a hiring standpoint, but also from a cultural/moral standpoint. Your goal is to find out how to increase our employee lifecycle and find the optimal way to hire employees, and what to look for in our employees to allow us to have a longer employee lifecycle.
The final deliverables should take the form of:
- A final report
- A 15 to 30 minute presentation of the final deliverable
Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project through either weekly or biweekly meetings.
