To increase brand awareness, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships efforts, we’ve designed a 3 phase project around business development. This particular phase of the project is around sales process audit.
In completing this project, we’re looking for one student with a strong interest in business development and with a great attention to detail.
Depending on their existing skills, background knowledge, and availability, participants may engage in some or all of the following:
- Review our sales process components such as: lead generation strategies, scripts, account management workflow, messages
- Developing recommendations on the sales processes
- Create a database of prospect companies using our lead generation strategies
- Assist with commercial planning tasks such as creating account profiles, sales materials, developing sales campaigns, developing sales presentations
- Assist in current customer/account management tasks such as: providing external updates, staying on top of the industry trends, compiling case study files, and assisting in client onboarding processes as needed
Deliverable:
- A completed list of sales processes that are missing along with a roadmap of when to develop when
- Completed the revised outreach sequence to at least 40 accounts
- Identified 50 new potential accounts that align with our ideal client account profile
- Inbound sales training certification sponsored by the company
- Slack messenger
- 1:1 check-in's (weekly basis unless otherwise arranged, about an hour long)
- Working in virtual HQ together in case there are ad-hoc questions, on-the-spot brainstorming / tutorials etc
- Training sessions (as needed)
- Optional development workshops
