Details

The Exempler representative for this course project is well-versed in both entrepreneurial-thinking as well as design-thinking.

In addition to more traditional competitive analyses and marketing mix strategies, it would be be highly beneficial if student teams could also map customer journeys and develop customer personas to better focus Exempler's marketing strategy.

Though Exempler has an overall business plan and a commercially viable product (TestSecretary), we currently do not have the resources to fully develop our marketing plan in great detail across all three of our client-verticals: telecom, eCommerce, and IoT.

Thus, this course project represents an opportunity for savvy and engaged marketing students to add tremendous value at this early stage of the firm.

Project deliverables can include (but are not limited to):

  • Identify potential customer profiles (across all three client-verticals: telecom, eCommerce, and IoT)
  • Market segmentation analysis (across all three client-verticals: telecom, eCommerce, and IoT)
  • Creative promotional strategies, including trade-shows and trade-awards proceedings (across all three client-verticals: telecom, eCommerce, and IoT)
  • Competitive analyses (across all three client-verticals: telecom, eCommerce, and IoT)
  • Researching potential partners and channels (across all three client-verticals: telecom, eCommerce, and IoT)
  • Pricing strategies, etc. (across all three client-verticals: telecom, eCommerce, and IoT)
