The project's overarching goal is to establish a dynamic and inclusive platform that welcomes and curates a wide range of creative work, all aimed at benefiting Master Teo's Taekwondo in Markham, Ontario. This project seeks to harness the collective creativity and talents of our community, including students, instructors, and local artists, to produce a diverse array of content and materials that can enhance our school's visibility, engagement, and overall impact. By fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity, we aim to generate innovative marketing collateral, artwork, videos, educational resources, and promotional materials that will elevate our brand, attract more students, and strengthen our bonds within the Markham community. Through this initiative, we endeavor to tap into the boundless potential of creativity to propel Master Teo's Taekwondo to new heights, while simultaneously providing a platform for personal expression and artistic growth for all involved.

Deliverables

Creative Submissions:

  • Solicit creative submissions from students, instructors, and local artists.
  • Review and curate the best creative works.


Collaborative Content Creation:

  • Collaborate with selected contributors to create marketing materials, social media content, and artwork.
  • Promote and share the curated creative work across various channels.


Community Engagement and Recognition:

  • Foster community involvement in the creative process.
  • Recognize and reward contributors to motivate ongoing participation.
  • Evaluate the impact and refine strategies based on feedback and data.


Mentorship

Mentorship and Guidance:

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to interns, staff, and contributors involved in creative projects.
  • Share your expertise and knowledge about Taekwondo and the school's mission and values.


Resources and Tools:

  • Offer access to resources, such as design software, marketing tools, and the school's facilities, to facilitate the creation of creative work.
  • Ensure that contributors have the necessary tools and equipment to execute their ideas effectively.


Recognition and Promotion:

  • Recognize and promote the creative work within the Taekwondo community and on the school's platforms.
  • Highlight the contributions of interns, artists, and collaborators to motivate their continued support and involvement.
