Due to covid 19, a lot of businesses are struggling. Some may have opened, some may have been closed. We are trying to create a community-based business listing website, where a business can list their business for free and we will help advertise it organically via SEO.

This will be similar to yelp, without costing an arm and a leg for the business. Moreover, this will be focused on the community rather, Canada-wide.

Our team is proposing to build this via WORDPRESS as this is easy CMS to work with. We will need a WordPress developer/customizer to help us with this project.

We are a startup and we are trying to acquire some grants from BC, therefore, this will be unpaid, but we will try our best to secure some money for the students. However, this project will be great on your resume and will help you get fast started on how development works, business decisions are made, etc.
