This project aims to create a mobile app with a gamified learning management system that combines task completion and video based learning modules in which users earn badges and social reputation for their learning.

Deliverables

Tasks to achieve the project Goal:

  • Study user identities and journeys
  • Create user flows for users engaging in content and educators/ organizations to post education curriculums and content
  • Create hybrid learning development flows that enable allow both practical (projects and real world task completion ) and traditional digital learning methods (i.e videos and quizzes)
  • Create system for the allocation and collecting badges relative to the users access on platform (general users vs educators and organizations)
  • Create the above steps as lo-fi and high-fi wireframes
  • Code project and test for bugs (depends on class scope)
Mentorship

students will have access to:

  • Trello,
  • A dedicated slack channel with access to Organization staff as needed,
  • google suite
  • Canva
  • Github
  • Access to user testing groups
  • Wordpress business account
  • Pro level access to noun project icon repository

In addition students will have weekly meetings with staff
