graphic design image resolution accountability advocacy community mental health branding decision making governanceWe are looking for a student who can create graphic design assets for our Board Room that align with our organizational mission, vision and values and build on our existing branding. The student will create three 24x48 inch banner templates with interchangeable features that can be updated seasonally while maintaining overall design and aesthetic.
A little about the space where the assets will be on display:
We proudly meet regularly in our Jean Hanson Boardroom (named for a long-time friend and community advocate) with community members for education purposes, knowledge sharing, and decision making, and with the Board of Directors for governance. Our staff use this room regularly for professional and social purposes where we foster an environment of accountability, authenticity, and quality. We believe in the importance of working as a collective towards a shared vision. These banners will contribute to a space that reflects our vision and inspires our future.
- Come up with a creative vision for the project
- Create color theme, palettes and design that align with our existing brand
- Create high quality graphic design assets that can be printed on high resolution glossy paper
By the end of the project, final product should include:
- Application of graphic design assets to the phase 1 of the project - 3 24x48 inch banners
- A creative vision for phase 2, phase 3 and phase 4 that will enable the organization to interchange graphic design assets for banners for the rest of the year
Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project. The Marketing and Communications Specialist will meet with the students to ensure clarity in vision and execution of the project. Students should have access to a computer and wifi to connect via Microsoft Teams.
