The objective of this project is to optimize the customer experience at Gelato Shack by developing a comprehensive system for understanding customer preferences, establishing effective customer-manager relations, analyzing customer taste trends, defining business rules, and enhancing sales strategies. This will allow for a deeper understanding of the business and how to improve in certain areas.

Mentorship

Throughout the project, regular meetings with stakeholders and team members should be conducted to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives. Additionally, continuous monitoring and adjustments may be necessary based on evolving customer preferences and market dynamics. I will be in contact with students via email to answer any questions regarding the report or sales analysis!
